Yeah, I spoke to CS too, they were good (as you'd imagine when it comes to getting you to give them money) and I asked, can I just pay more upfront to reduce the monthly cost and they said that's not possible for new customers so just making sure I was being told accurate information 😅

I ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max Silver on 14/09. Delivery still isn’t confirmed. Wonder when I’ll get it?!

Where are you getting this information from? I spoke with customer services today and they told me even pre-orders are having to wait 28 days from the date they purchased.

There's people in this thread that already received theirs from EE, some people with multiple orders of different new devices that haven't come where some have. Some people with no update at all, and some people like myself in limbo where my order is listed as dispatched but still waiting on courier information. Bit of a mess really it seems.

This is the problem. Customer services haven’t either been given bad information, inconsistent information or no information at all.

its a different story with every call so its impossible to know what’s true! Best to assume 28 days and hope for the best.

I ordered the IPhone 17 pro max silver on 14/09 but still no confirmation of the delivery date. All EE guides have said it’ll take more than 28 days, sadly.

But we can all orser fron Apple or Amazon and get our phone in far less than 28 days…

I’m in the same boat. I placed an order on the 14th afternoon and was promised it would arrive on Friday. I got only confirmation. I suppose I just need to be patient and wait for it to arrive.

If they are promising to deliver it earlier then it’s definitely a viable option. 

im sticking with it because ive been with EE since it was one2one (24 years) and i have a deal that cant be beat so patience is a benefit to me. Also I don’t trust either of them as far as I can throw them so I’m sticking with the devil that’s more interested in keeping my business 🙂

I think there is no point of ringing . There are lot of orders in que and the phone will be shipped when it’s shipped . I have ordered 2 .

one is showing 6 days delay and one is showing 14 days delay
