This happened to me! I've been an ee customer for 14 years and i have had a nightmare upgrading 3 phones none of which delivered when they said they would be, a certain deal disappeared when i did it online and had to get a more expensive one 🤣

I have patience, and wasn’t expected to get on launch day. However, CS promised me that I would get on launch day. Even after double-checking on Thursday, CS said that my iPhone was already in the warehouse and would be delivered to a local EE store tomorrow (Friday, 19th). Actually, it was the first time I placed an order on Friday, but there was a £102 per month fee. After a few hours, I cancelled the order. However, on Sunday, I managed to lower the price through the EE chat to £81 for the same device and plan. And I was surprised that on sundayI’m already old enough, and if people are lying, it’s driving me crazy 😂. I hate it when things aren’t on time.

That’s the problem, it’s them saying it’ll come at a certain time is what’s making me mad lol, don’t say it if you can’t hold up to it😭, lying just does your customers heads in if anything.

Yes, I’ve been with EE for almost seven years, but the customer service really matters. Before placing an order, I spoke to three different agents over chat, and that’s how I managed to get a discount and get a new iPhone.

Yeah, I spoke to CS too, they were good (as you'd imagine when it comes to getting you to give them money) and I asked, can I just pay more upfront to reduce the monthly cost and they said that's not possible for new customers so just making sure I was being told accurate information 😅

I ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max Silver on 14/09. Delivery still isn’t confirmed. Wonder when I’ll get it?!

Where are you getting this information from? I spoke with customer services today and they told me even pre-orders are having to wait 28 days from the date they purchased.
