Hi, have you had any updates since your order? I ordered yesterday and the advisor who completed my order asked which colour I wanted, I said whichever comes first and he said if I order the Blue it will come Monday 3rd November, so I've blatantly been lied to just for a sale 😬

A salesman cancelled my order and lied about it being a technical issue just so he could put the sale through again for commission. Complained about it as another guide explained all this to me and I got a decent compensation from it. I wouldn't trust a word EE tells you. The blue seems to be quicker than other colours though, most likely a week or two.

Hi, just wondering if anyone who ordered iPhone 17 256 silver on or around 7/10 have received theirs yet?
Initially I was told 2 weeks when I ordered on 7/10 then reading on here most people were told 28 (+?) days, so that’s what I’ve went with. Bored..fed up..without a phone…please Ee deliver soon!

That is terrible, and no lie but a salesman tried to do same thing with me too! I wanted to complain about being misinformed about my delivery date and he said they can cancel the order and order me just the normal Pro because it'll come quicker, I said no ill just wait.
EE customer service is dreadful recently they need to sort it

I ordered Cosmic Orange on the 16th of October. I haven’t had any updates since. I talked to someone four days ago, and they tried to convince me to cancel my current order, place a new one for 17 PM Deep Blue, and I’d receive it by 28th November, definitely. They’re all lying, and I’m not sure what my rights are here, as I was promised that I would have my phone within 14 days, and that was the reason why I placed the order. I wouldn’t hold my hopes high.

I ordered my Cosmic Orange on the 23rd September. I messaged on the 30th asking for an update on delivery times and thats when the salesman cancelled it and i had to reorder through him. I was promised a priority delivery (does not exist with the 17 PM). I was told within 28 days from the 30th. It's been over that now and i'm yet to hear anything. If I don't receive my device by Friday ill be cancelling and going through Apple

I ordered 17 Pro max 256gb silver on 2/10 since then I havnt received any update. I have been told many things before even on last Thursday when I called they said it will be dispatched with 24 hours and today they say we are expecting stock from apple. What I believe is they don't have any idea about anything.

I placed my order on 2nd October, and since then I’ve been getting completely mixed updates. One person says it’ll be dispatched within two weeks, another tells me that no orders have gone out since the 12th. Every time I reach out, I get a different version of the story. It’s honestly frustrating because it feels like no one has any real visibility into the current stock status or what’s actually happening with existing orders.

I get that they have no idea, but why say such things? I was completely honest with the sales advisor and said that if I can’t have my phone by mid-November, I’d rather wait until next year. They promised it’ll be 14 days. Still waiting, but if I don’t receive it until the end of next week I’ll cancel my order.
