I ordered the same phone as you the day before you. I think ringing them is pointless because if you read through here, people have been told so many different things. Just a waiting game really.

I called this morning. Ordered 26/09 17pm silver 265gb and the lad said they’d hope it’d be with me in the next 2 weeks as delivery is down to before 21 days. 
 
Seems like they don’t know themselves looking at the varied answers

No surprise that they’re clueless, when I last called for an update about 10 days ago I was told my phone, 256gb deep blue pro max, was in the warehouse waiting to be picked! Only to have a text a few days ago to say they’re waiting for another delivery from Apple. I might receive it by Christmas if I’m lucky.
