Had another automated message today, the usual. “Your ee order is coming soon” but in the description it says your order will be with you shortly. Is this just the automated message that gets sent out or is there actual movement?

I ordered on the 18th of September,

I contacted EE week before last and was reassured my phone would be sent before the end of that week.. 

I’m now over the 28 days, no update and still getting the automated ‘your order is coming soon’ emails

I ordered the 17pm in cosmic orange 256gb the 23rd went into EE yesterday got told my phone should be there Tuesday and to call in, mines going to the store as that’s how I’ve always done it so I’m not sure if delivery to home is different wait times to store delivery but I hope everyone gets their phones soon!

I ordered Silver almost 4 weeks ago. A lot of others ordered Silver 4-5 weeks ago and they’ve not had anything yet either. It’s the Silver that’s the hard to get one
