Today marks the 28th day since I ordered my iPhone 17PM in deep blue and I have yet to receive an update or confirmation of when I will receive my phone…. Shocking service

Ive been told multiple lies via chat,

Delivery will be 18/10

Dispatched within 24/48 hours, should have it within 5/6 working days.

Im not long off the phone to a Guide, it’s been picked(apparently) i dont know if this means reserved or physically picked. Waiting on either EE passing it over to DPD or DPD picking it up.

according to the Guide they ordered plenty of stock of the Air thinking it woyld he most popular.

I ordered this same phone on the 16th September, i have just got off the phone with an EE guide who have said they still haveno stock and are waiting for apple to send more...

Of course they are, it’s all lies & deceit. They know, we will all wait & continue to be an ee customer. It been a shocking service from the uk’s number 1 phone company for 12 years in a row.

Not sure how you can claim that when Apple themselves have had issues fulfilling online orders directly from them. Currently 2-3 weeks if you ordered today. EE don’t know much from the manufacturer till it arrives in the UK and gets to their distribution centre.
