my order from 15th for the iPhone 17 pro max silver 256gb is not in sales order which means there allocating stock some have just arrived. Been advised I should get a text by today. Fingers crossed one is allocated.

Spoken to a Guide today who has said I should receive it in 5-6 days

This was after the canned response of first come first serve etc.

I just got my text from DPD saying they are expecting my parcel!!!

Really frustrated with this whole situation. If they had told me within or even over 28 days, id be happy to wait but its the obvious dishonesty they use to get orders in that annoys me. When i ordered both the website AND the agent told me within 21 days for the orange PM 512. 21 days has come and gone and the agent i’ve just spoken to has told be within 28 days. Why even bother having delivery timeframes if they just know fully well they have no intentions of sticking too it.

I honestly don’t know if I want to wait for it now. This is partly on Apple but also on EE. Apple for not actually supplying their products and EE for just making any old nonsense up. Im tempted to just cancel and look at Samsung phones instead. 

just needed a rant really because screaming into the void is all you can do sometimes
