They taking forever aren’t they hahahaha just want my phone!! I should have just picked a different colour probs would have been here by now!! but don’t really like the other colours they too bold for me , probs delayed more cause the silvers the most basic one out of the colours so everyone’s pretty much gone for that one like us hahahaha

Lady on the phone said they haven’t received any silver PM in from Apple because of a big delay… not good!

They said on the phone to me they recieved a delivery of silver pro max yesterday, what date did you order?

Starting to think the people on the phone are just telling customers anything to get rid of them.
I'm waiting on a 17PM Cosmic Orange 256gb ordered on the 17th.

They seem to just be lying at this point haha! 18th I ordered however, I don’t seem to get emails from EE so they said I need to keep calling for updates, incase I don’t get the DPD email.
she said on the phone that they haven’t received any stock for silver and that it’s a big delay. They said once stock arrives it will be sent out ….

Look I am under no illusion regarding the stock issue from apple for the new Pro Max.
But why is there just 0 communication regarding it?
They could do so much to make it better for people with long waits, such as a position in queue, estimated delivery of the phone to EE themselves or even just a courtesy email along the lines of “we havent forgotten about you”.
Instead, its just radio silence from point of order, advisors just making stuff up as they go along to get people off the phone and an order tracker that simply doesn’t work.
I know the issue stems from apple, but EE could and should do better, considering its the same issues every year, you’d think they would have something in place.

Another update…
last delivery of stock was 3rd for silver. These have all been sent out and stock is back at 0.
they don’t get stock delivery’s every week and can sometimes be 2 weeks until restock. She said big delay with silver.
