Hi all , Ordered my on the 19th and I’ve not had a email with a tracking number or email saying your order is on track or your order is coming soon and I looked at order section and it doesn’t relay any update on my order , Can anyone help

I think we should receive it by the end of this upcoming week! Maybe try to log in and track your order, I always get the email from EE a day later after the tracker has been updated. I'm waiting for the DPD text!

I ordered the same on the 18th, this is what my tracking also says. The guide on the phone said sometimes the tracking glitches and moves too quick. He said to ignore it and just wait for DPD text x

I ordered the silver  17 pro max 256gb on 16th september, my EE tracking page hasn't moved from 'order confirmed' but i have received two further emails stating my order is on track. The EE guide told me to completely ignore the EE tracker as it's not accurate and to wait for the DPD updates. Has anyone who has ordered the same phone as me around the same time had anything from DPD yet?

I ordered the same Silver 256 on 25th as it was my pay day and I had quite a bit to pay off my flex pay…never doing that again. 2 year contract but 3 year flex pay. And 2 separate payments each time. Gone back to normal contract this time. I’ve only had 1 your order is on track update so far.
