I'm still waiting on my 256gb PM Orange - ordered 13/09 initially and then a helpful EE guide cancelled my order after telling me they could get me the handset sooner if I placed a new order and then proceeded to offer me a normal size Pro model! 

Had to re order 23/09 so I got put to the back of the queue - only after offering me broadband, new tablet, new watch, games consoles etc! 

As you can imagine I'm not pleased!

Ordered the same on the 16th 6pm. Got an email your order is coming soon on 01/10 but tracker still shows awaiting confirmation so guessing they’re not in stock yet

I feel like we’ll receive ours next week well hopefully anyways. Also ordered on the 16th but 9am. Getting a bit frustrated now though, every two years whenever I upgrade I give me little sister my old phone on her birthday without a miss. For some very odd reason this year they’re taking the mick ( in my case they never done this) a very late birthday gift

Pretty sure thats just an automated update sadly. Few people on here received DPD texts within 24-48h after getting that update or some even the same day while some people (including me) still waiting lol

I can access my addons and the phone bill section now, my phone is on the way to my local depot from what i gathered today, so tomorrow i might get mine

I’m sorry bit that’s very naive of you. I ordered the Pro Max on 15th & received it on Thursday. You should’ve stuck with your original order.
