When I ordered, it did say ‘delivery within 28 days’ , it gave me the option to get next day delivery / priority delivery however, I didn’t bother because of the 28 days. 

The ‘delivery within 28 days’ wasn’t the clearest which isn’t good. But it’s expected with new release’s. 

I ordered on the 18th and still waiting. The guide on the phone said it’s usually over 28 days if you order after release date (19th). Just a waiting game really…

Hi All. I ordered on Sep 26 and only received an email confimation about my order.. I can't track my order online as well. The order tracker says this order can not be tracked yet. Do you know when it will show on the tracker? Many thanks!

How long after receiving the ‘Order is on track’ update did people receive their dispatch emails? I’ve finally had the ‘Order is on track’ update.

I have had the order is coming soon email 3 days ago now and still haven't had anything from DPD 🙃 hopefully it might be different for you though!

How long after the orders coming soon email did you get a DPD text? Mine has been 3 days 😏

Got the email and the same day I got the text from DPD ordered blue PM 256 on the 17th

I haven’t even had an email saying order coming soon… just the orders confirmed and I ordered the 23rd, hopefully I get that text soon as my phones on its last legs😵‍💫
