None update since I ordered and informed today about the 28 days.

Ordered on the 12th at 1.13pm but didn't get my confirmation email until the 14th at just before 5pm!

Then had an 'order on track' email Monday just gone some time early evening.

I have, however, seen one or 2 receive their DPD correspondence today who have also ordered PM Cosmic Orange 512GB's, so there is hope yet!

I ordered an upgrade as my plan was ending 21st Sept. My upgraded plan is actually £30 cheaper also, no upgrade fee as I was at the end of my 2 year contract

So I ordered on the 12th but EE made me change plan and order confirmed on the 13th. I ordered the orange 17PM 256gb. I still haven’t been able to track my order. Recover my text from DPD this evening. Really frustrating process so I feel for everyone. I’ve had an order number since the 13th and haven’t been able to track, literally says you can’t track your order. Hopefully some hope for everyone in the same boat as me.
