I got the update on tracking yesterday with that message then received it in email form about 20minutes ago.

says the order is on track but still waiting for a confirmation of delivery date from the manufacturer

 still not received anything. Got told I was getting it on the 19th. Actually ordered on the 12th at 13:21 but they didn't confirm it until 13/9 at 12:18! Joke!

** UPDATE **
ordered the orange pro max 512gb on 12th at around 3:20pm (along with watch 11 which was delivered on 20th)

up until now all I’ve kept being told is that the phone is an open sales order and delivery is 28+

called cs again today and Mianda was absolutely fantastic. She checked my account and was able to tell me that she could see that the stock they had for delivery on 19th had run out while I was on the call and the account was showing 14 days for delivery (from when my order was confirmed). She is hopeful that I should have my order by this Friday (Monday at the very latest) but has given me her email address and advised me to email her Monday if I have not had the delivery or any other updates and she will call me to recheck for any changes 🙌🏼

Now just keeping 🤞🏽 and happier to wait now that I have more reassuring information and will post any further updates on here

Pre ordered the IPhone 17 pro max on the 12th at 13:05 so would think I would receive the iPhone near enough on launch date?  EE rang me yesterday asking if I want to upgrade, told them I already have but still waiting on an update, kindly asked them if they know anything or can give me a rough estimate and they just said ‘no sorry’ and hung up.. family member already has the phone with another network and they didn’t even pre order. I had a text message on the 14th saying it will be shipped in 7 days, 10 days later, still waiting 🥴😂

I oddly received my phone today. (haven't had the time to open it yet) Ordered via upgrade on the 15th, Orange PM 1TB. DPD texted me last night the pin and the tracking, while there was no sign on my order status on EE's page (I had also ordered a sim free watch series 11 for my mom, thought it's the watch) until this morning which I got a text from EE "Welcome to your new plan ..." that I realised it's the phone.

I also need to mention I was on the phone with billing team yesterday, and when they had a look at my orders' status, they said we are really sorry, you should receive both the phone and the watch the week, and since you have also paid for the delivery, I'll credit £10 to your next bill for these inconvenience.

I ordered mine on the 14th and got the ‘on track’ email on the 22nd and called EE to ask what on track means and was told it’s just an e-mail to let me know that EE hasn’t forgotten about my order and they’re waiting on stock and can only give me a time frame of “up to 28 days from launch date”.

24th now and still not heard back. Patiently waiting.
