Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

Only ordered on the 13th because my 13:30 order on 12th online didnt go through.

I placed my first order on the 12th, but on the 13th, I decided to cancel it because it was too expensive. I’ve decided to stick with the my 16 PM . However, on Sunday, the 14th, I received a notification from EE Chat that Cs had answered my message after two days of waiting. They gave me a £20 discount on the 24-month plan and said it would be delivered on launch day, the 19th. I’ve decided to get this orange iPhone.

I think it’s safe to say that a lot of people will not be pre ordering through ee again 

The problem is everywhere. The problem with ee for me is I was on the phone at 1. 1:30 their system goes down. So I order online they called me back and I said I think I ordered online. No problem I can see the order. Can't track the online order with my xko so calls back on 13th first thing to be told my online order didn't go through so needed to replace. It's a joke

Same issue for me, their systems went down. Waited till 14:30 and had to reorder.

Yeah sorry I didn’t mean in terms of the devices being out of stock I just mean by ee’s lack of customer service and just leaving everyone in the dark with no real answer to any question about when their pre orders might arrive. Everyone gets a different answer everytime and it just isn’t good enough

Similar for me. I was on the phone with them at just after 13:00 on the 12th. Then their system goes down, promised a callback and my place in the queue will be kept but it never happened. Ended up calling back in the evening which has evidently set me back a long way.

Buttttttt..... iPhone launches are always hectic for everyone. I don't know anyone (network or retailer) who gets it right any year. The only thing I blame EE for is their shockingly poor communication and really inconsistent messaging. Right now I have no idea what to believe.

When or did you ever get the text from DPD saying we’re expecting your parcel? Just trying to see what stage Im at as there is no update on EE app
