I rang customer services yesterday and that’s what I was told, however I won’t be surprised if it’s wrong and ends up being October. The UK based agent was so keen he said he will ring me when he’s back from a few days off and update, even though he said cancel the order and we will give you AirPods 4 heavily discounted. I politely declined. 

I’m going to stick it out due to my previous post, if I try to undo everything (discounts/goodwill) it’s just going to get very messy.

Yep same! I’m guessing they sent out a bunch of texts to people and now their site is crashing from all the traffic

Sorry does yours say order dispatched on: with nothing underneath and it’s been stuck on order dispatched on the tracking page from the moment you ordered?

Yep it has, I called CS a few times and they said my orders fine just waiting for stock/ shipment

Did they mention it as an open sales order? I just really hope it comes soon, it’s odd for cs to say first come first served and people who ordered after are getting it before honestly the whole situation is in shambles

Yeah mine has been an open sales order since the 17th and I guess it’s just been changed

They didn't use those words specifically just that my order was fine, they can see it etc.
