That’s what the first CS person said to me, 28 days. Then spoke to a manager straight after who told me 14 days, I calmly explained that if you look on social media everywhere regarding pro max’s with EE you have hundreds on people in CS saying completely different things, it’s inconsistent and unprofessional from a business point of view. Much better outcome now though! People should have a look on twitter/X and have a look at some of the people who have been messaging about it as EE have been responding rather quickly on there. In some ways EE CS are correct, delivery will all depend on colour and size at the stage we are at now. So maybe have a scroll through twitter and see if someone else is in a similar situation with colour/size and time of order.

Just had a text message from DPD saying they are expecting my package, I ordered on preorder date about 6pm for the PM 256 blue so fingers crossed tomorrow is the day!

Ordered my Pro Max Cosmic orange 256gb at 7am on the 13th - I've been told multiple things - most recently dispatch around 11th October - seeing some of the posts here though I'm hoping it'll be sooner but everything seems really chaotic so who knows! 

Got my email with an xko no. but nothing else and it says dispatched nothing else :s

Hopefully! But at the minute the DPD link that they’ve text me keeps crashing so can’t see what the status is from their end haha, and the DPD app isn’t showing anything at the minute
