I was expecting my iPhone 17 pro max cosmic orange 512gb on the 19th spoke to EE today and now there saying anywhere from tomorrow till Friday. They have given me compensation for the promise that I would get it on the 19th and I didn’t. my order is showing order is on track but that was on there friday so hopefully I’ll get it this week

I was also lied to i was told last thursday it would be shipped 19th for delivery 20th, i was told on the 20th that i could be 21 days then today was told that they cannot give me any information. Also received a text 14/09 saying it would be despatched in 7 days.

I rang up and made a complaint and they gave me compensation on my next bill. I’m not sure but it’s just to say sorry they haven’t kept to what they promised

They told me from tomorrow until Friday so hopefully it’s a good thing. I have kept my complaint open though till I get my phone

Mine changed to that on Friday, nothing since. I ordered a IP17 PM 256 Blue on launch day… I’ve been told “Friday, latest Saturday” as what to expect. We’ll see I suppose
