iPhone 17 Pro and Pro max Pre order Thread / that time of the year again.

Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

Just spoken with a lovely guide who said a lot of the orders are in the warehouse still waiting to be processed because of how busy they are. I guess in the next few days they’ll get shipped out maybe launch day was just particularly busy. 

Everytime I call, i get a different answer though lol

Same problem - each call is a different story. A very well delivered story but completely different each time! At this point I don’t mind a delay I just want to know when.

So i have consigned myself to the fact I have most probably wont get my phone today, and in this wave of it.

Does anyone know when the next wave of orders/deliveries will be? Last I heard about my order on the phone to EE this afternoon was my order was still an 'open sales order', whatever that means...

I'm hearing this Sunday, the 26th Sept, and between 7th and 14th Oct so far lol.

It depends on your model (I believe they actually had free stock of the air and standard iPhone 17s when I called but if it’s the pro or pro max I’ve been told 21-28 days. 

that being said I’ve also been told many other stories today so no clue is the best answer

agree. i just would like to know what date it’s due to be dispatched or delivered.

I’m waiting on the pro max and today I got told ‘delivered by next Friday’ and ‘dispatched by next friday’ either way they’re both saying within 14 days I was to either have it dispatched or delivered 🙃

Completely changed from yesterday and the 12th being that I will receive it today.

ordered 12/09 before 8pm.

Yeah truth is EE don't know either but they should have communicated as soon as the other was placed an estimated delay time to everyone. Then it's up to the customer if they'd like to wait or not. Being kept in the dark about an order isn't a good customer experience at all. Everyone wanted their orders at launch, that's not possible. Fine. Please send us apologies and explain the issues and allow us the option to go elsewhere or wait.

Shouldn’t have to wait that long if pre ordered. Just shows they’ve been caught out by this, did they not struggle the last time too?

In all fairness they did, and so did everyone else. Apparently even Apple are having trouble this time round.
