Same, I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max silver 512GB on Friday 12th at 15.15, however I have only had an order acknowledgement email. It does say DPD delivery is expected on the 19th on my account but I’ve had no confirmation by DPD.

Brill. At least I know I'm not the only one getting no updates from EE! Don't want to sound pessimistic but I am starting to suspect we won't get our phones tomorrow.
On the other side as well, I got the AirPods Pro 3 through the standard EE as Add to Bill and CS told me that those are not coming tomorrow but Saturday. So not sure if I'd get the phone tomorrow even if I paid extra to get it with the plan through standard EE, rather than the store SIM free.

An educated guess based on the website saying within 21 days when I ordered it, and experience from past years.
If you didn't order it on Friday or Saturday, chances are it's not coming with the first batch of stock. This is for the pro max anyway

I ordered iPhone Air from O2 and I have received tracking details from them, but I am still awaiting confirmation from EE for 17 Pro Max. Honestly, at this point of time I just think there is going to be delay.....disappointed.

It's good you didn't as they would've cancelled your xko order and done a new one for you, which would've put you to the bottom of the queue like me lol

Same as mine, spoke to EE earlier and they said the xko codes are for people paying monthly for the phone and plan together through the app and these people can track their orders. The EE codes are for people who ordered sim free monthly or paid in full. I don’t understand why but because of this we aren’t able to track, but they did say all on track for delivery still tomorrow just can’t see tracking until tomorrow when it’s released, not stuck on the pre order status. Ordered mine 2:30pm on the 12th.

Give it till end of day. If you contact CS they will cancel that order and put a new one for you. You'll be bottom of the list like I am now.

I also ordered mine without the sim so just the phone with an EE number. Tuesday evening mine updated from ‘pre-order’ in green to ‘preparing for dispatch’
i checked this morning and it said ‘dispatched’ with a link to the DPD tracking.
i ordered at 13.20 and had the confirmation come through at 13.45. I also did it on finance with that EE glow
