My order says despatched and still not received a DPD text, spoken to sales team and they have said they’ve got my order and it’s a case of waiting for DPD. 

so why does it say despatched???

It might be boxed & ready but DPD might not have collected it yet. These notifications can go all the way to midnight

No I got DPD notification then my EE tracker updated

Do you have the DPD app to check? Last year, I was due a Saturday delivery after a screw up for the Friday, but the CS agent had entered my watch number as the DPD phone number so I didn't get the text with the pin as watch numbers can't receive texts directly. This meant my phone had to go back to DPD and be delivered on the Sunday. I do wonder if I had added my watch number to the DPD app it might have solved the issue.

Thanks. This has just happened for me. Got the DPD text, but EE tracker is still showing as "Order confirmed" and hasn't moved to "order will be dispatched in next 24 hours"
