I’ve got both 00 number that I can track, called them and got 02 number thats I think their internal order number(??) someone correct me if they can, but I don’t think you can do anything with that number (02)

Did you get the 00 number when you ordered they as trying to say 00 order on app xko order online and o2 order on phone.

Ordered online and received xko, called them hour later or so and got 00 number, called them again today and got 02 number

Mines showing that, I placed my order on the 12th and received my XKO number at 01:03pm, received my 00 number on Saturday and today the EE guides are telling me I should receive my device in more than 28 days!!!!! Not happy

17 pro max - orange - 256gb, and I know!! We shall see if tracking updates, I checked my tracking and last year it didn’t pop up on the DPD app until Thursday night and I still received on Friday, don’t think the EE GUIDE has a clue to be honest because now they’re just saying “ the delivery of your new device the delivery will start from 19th September 2025.” But can’t tell me if I’ve been assigned a device etc
