Honestly been told nothing, what’s frustrating is on this chain people have all been told different. I would honestly wait until launch day and go into a store to purchase I’m seriously considering cancelling my upgrade and just going into store for peace of mind. I can’t imagine they wouldn’t have stock on launch day, they must have a certain allocation in each store.

Does anyone have an order number that doesn’t begin with 00? I feel so confused by this whole process 🤣 my order number starts with 02 and comes up with this error when I try to track. I ordered via phone

Mine starts 0265 if that helps and I have the exact same error.

Assuming you’ve used both email & phone number to track? Maybe ask in live chat if queues aren’t terrible

I’m on live chat with them now and they don’t seem to be able to tell you anything, just that it’s 3 working days from Friday not Friday. Which is super frustrating
