It could be because you need to settle an early upgrade fees in most of the cases

It was on my upgrade info when I was looking at the plans  for the phone . It stated £100 anytime upgrade which I already expected but it also said £200 upfront handset fee . Hopefully it was a bug . Because the plans have disappeared

No it was saying I could yesterday and 150 says I can too. I'm on sim only. I think it's a technical problem, would rather not be on hold for an hour tomorrow trying to order this thing.

Around upgrading time the system is always down don’t you think so 😂😂 especially on Friday the pre order day 😂

I upgrade every single year on release date.

It always says £100 to upgrade because EE take the 12 month mark as your delivery date (Sep19) instead of order date (Sep12).

App shows £100 to upgrade so always have to call in to avoid paying this £100.

Over the phone it’s no upgrade cost…

I pre-ordered last year on pre-order day, so now my anytime upgrade fee is set to expire on 19th...
