Ordered a new phone on 07/01/2926, still hasn’t been dispatched? The email says estimated delivery date 14/01/2026 but still haven’t received any tracking code from DPD.

Ordered iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB in silver on 07/01/26, still haven’t received the phone.

If this does not work then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Download the DPD app as well.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I have yes and it’s been stuck on “awaiting dispatch” but the confirmation email said estimated delivery date 14/01/26 I also has the DPD app but can’t use it because I presume DPD don’t have the phone
