Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release.
Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Yeah pro max! It said dispatched on Tuesday and yet still not here, EE lying to me saying it’s gonna be here launch day regardless…where is it then? Not being impatient I don’t appreciate the lies 😆

I've come here to say the same thing. No updates, at all. Tracking on the EE website just says "Dispatched". With no additional information.

This has been a common problem this year. You should be able to ring EE & get them to change the number on delivery. They did with me & a few others. You won’t be able to track it in the app when the number changes but you will get a text morning of delivery & that will have your pin. They should be able to do this today.

Hi guys,
Am I the only guy that received a text last Saturday (14th) that the order is going to be dispatched in 7 days (tomorrow supposedly)? Nothing on the EE tracker in terms of updates or DPD. I placed order @ 13:10. Called and got told that i dont need to confirm via phone. Received an email confirming order next day.
Im dreading calling em and they tell me i gotta wait 28 days or smth 🤣

No nothing I spoke to CS via chat on EE app to confirm it had been delivered to store it was delivered yesterday and I was told I could pick it up when ever I wanted

So is this automatically just popping up as when i put my order no. in to DPD it just says oops something went wrong??

I’m still waiting for a text off EE/DPD.
Pre-ordered iPhone 16 Pro Max (black) on Friday 13th and received confirmation email at 13:09 with xko order number.
Trying to track my order on the EE app and it says: Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.
Used the EE chat service on Tuesday and they said the order is in progress and currently working to allocate my phone and once done will update via sms on delivery.
Heard nothing yet.
Anyone else in the same scenario?

Seems like there has been an issue with the stock of the Max as they haven't done orders from the 13th yet, but have clearly caught up enough on the pro to offer it at next day dispatch.
