Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release.
Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Same here, the advisor I spoke to earlier was hoping a PIN would magically appear but no, driver turned up device in hand and no PIN and the phone number is the watch number.

mine turned up, 1TB natural titanium pro max 16, strangely the box is wrapped in cellophane and shrink wrapped, anyone else has their box shrink wrapped?

Same here. Got my Xko number or whatever it is, but nothing else. I understand this number just means the order has been accepted and is awaiting picking and dispatch - but what's the point in having a pre-order. If I log in as a new customer it looks like I can order today for dispatch tomorrow... what gives?

I ordered on pre-order day and was sent the xko number in an email. Had nothing else from EE to say what is happening with my order. My account shows no history of the transaction or upgrade. I understand there may be some issues with stock and that my reference number means the order has been accepted but awaiting picking/dispatch. But if I go on the shop as a new customer, it says shipping tomorrow... what gives? Not expecting the phone to magically appear but some communication from EE would be great since my order was made on day one.
I ordered the iPhone 16 256GB in blue.

I pre-ordered my iPhone 16 Pro Max on the 13th but unfortunately EE have confirmed with me that it will NOT be delivered today! The reason was that I ordered it after 3pm on the Friday 13th. Due to this, it could be delivered anywhere up to 14 days! They did advise me to keep looking out for a message from DPD daily and the message will be sent on the day of delivery before 11am. Hope we all get our new iPhones soon 🤞🏽

Definitely not getting mine today preordered on the 13th for the iPhone 16 PM 512gb in the desert colour at 2pm and being told I’ll have to wait up to 28 days because out of stock which is baffling how they allow to over preorder if they don’t have the stock.
never preordered and thought I’d try this time never again

Yeah same here! My tracking just says order confirmed but spoke to a guide the other day who said definitely being delivered today! But no tracking update 😞
