iPhone 16 & 16 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release. 

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

At this point I’m unsure but I would like to hope that at some point this week we’ll start to see more phones being delivered to people and from what I’m seeing (I could be wrong) I haven’t seen many of the 512GB phones be shipped so maybe this week that could happen. Solely what I’ve been seeing though. I could be very wrong.

I'm in same situation was promised if I pre ordered it would 💯 percent be there yet still waiting and others that ordered after me are getting there how this network gets best UK network year after year is beyond me they must be faking it cause customer service sucks the way they lie to customers to boost sales is wrong.

There’s been movement but no in order date order. I order DT 256 on the 16th September and my order states delivery 4th-8th whereas other people who ordered after the 16th have received there's. So it’s just a waiting game

I ordered on 16th - white 16 pro max 256gb 

My estimated delivery was 4th-7th october

got an email on Saturday afternoon advising phone was on its way and due for delivery(i requested to be delivered to store where i ordered it)

exact same boat but ee store say nothing has been delivered as of yet and to call back at 2pm today...fingers crossed.

So I recieved my iphone 16 pm DT on sunday morning by DPD was a surprise haha my est date was for the 4th - 8th october

When did you pre order it? I did it on 16th. And the thing is I don’t mind waiting, I just hate that I was lied to just so they boost sales. I got call from EE out of nowhere and I already placed order with Vodafone, but when I was told id get my phone on Friday I decided to go with EE which turned out to be a mistake

Pre-ordered Tuesday 17th September
Received Sunday 29th September.

I started to get the plan update automated messages on Sunday morning before the DPD text and it landed that day.

My order tracker never gave an estimated date range and showed as dispatched from 22nd September launch day.

Also spoke to customer service on Friday 27th September who were still saying 3-4 weeks so they dont have a clue either really.

Just got this email, checked and still awaiting confirmation - anyone else had these and how long after got their delivery

16 pro max white 1tb

ordered 13th and was told delivery would be launch day. Predictably didn’t arrive

got an out of blue DPD text last night saying it was on way …..tracker gave 2 dates both the same 27-1st and then went back to awaiting confirmation 

phone is now on route to me so hopefully will have it soon.

i have contacted Ee on numerous occasions but it’s IMHO a waste of time as they are as ill informed as we are

only thing I can say is if you have an order it will turn up eventually however frustrating it is 🤬
