Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release. 

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

Right?!  I ordered on the 20th and mine has said dispatched since that date, no estimated dates?

Sadly a waiting game ………admittedly a long one 🤬

Oh, no, they were 3rd party that I bought 😊 the EE advisor I spoke with over the phone when I ordered did say she was going to throw in a case and a screen protector for free. I’ll find out on Tuesday😅

Ah ok normally if you get Ee insurance you get case and screen protector as a freebie……mine tomorrow should be coming with them

Pre-ordered 17th.
Received Order Confirmation Same Day - 17th
Order Tracker changed to expected delivery 4th - 8th October - Wednesday 25th
Got a bunch of texts to say my Sim has been dispatched. - Saturday 28th
Order Tracker says my phone has been dispatched on the 28th and with DPD - Sunday 29th
EE App shows my 16 Pro Max as my active handset now. - Sunday 29th

Nothing from EE/DPD since then... No Parcel Activity in the app nothing. Phoned EE and they cannot provide a tracking number.

Anyone else in the same boat?

Just cancel the order, ask for your PAC and order from a different provider.

Was there any movement on DT? I just joined EE and was promised like many that my phone will be delivered on the 20th. I went and cancelled my current plan, thinking that they wouldn’t lie, and my plan expires today!! I just phone and the guy told me I could be waiting up for a month, when I asked to speak to a manager he said that’s not possible because my accounts is not live. I’m very very confused, I don’t know what to do to. From tomorrow I’ve no calls/messages/data and they’re not even trying to be helpful. Also he’s telling me it’s first come first serve, my partner ordered his 3 days after me, same model, same colour and he got his yesterday .
