You're right, it's a high demand phone, which is why I pre-ordered about 2 hours after pre-orders went live, for that to go down the plug-hole like so-many other pre-orders have done, what's the point of pre-ordering, to only have it cancelled and have to join the queue much further down the line, just because they're incompetent?
What's the point of paying extra for Saturday delivery when the sales droid says they've put it on next day delivery because of the hassle, but unfortunately that doesn't cover weekends, to still have no update over a week later, with no means of order checking other than to call and listen to 45 minutes of god-awful music on hold?
