Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release.
Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.
You can find a general discussion thread here: https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Orders/Iphone-16-pro-16-pro-max-pre-order-thread-that-time-of-the-year...
Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Lucky you 😉
my 1tb is still awaiting a confirmation date dispite being ordered on 13th 😡

Which would be fine if their order status page didn't throw an error for using a hyphen in the domain name for being invalid, despite being perfectly legal. E.g. test@this-domain.co.uk

Anyone know the quotes they are charging if you keep the old phone on upgrade anytime? I was told over £700 on the phone for a Blue titanium 256gb Pro Max. Last year it was only £400 odd.

Received my phone today, didn’t expect dessert tantrum to be so pink. Anyway my package had no SIM card is the normal or do I need to ring them? I did an upgrade of this helps.

Your own SIM card should just go into it as you’ve just upgraded

You’ll be able to use your old sim or go into settings and convert it to a eSIM
does look very pink in some pictures doesn’t it! First time this year I’ve not gone for the hero colour
gone back to white not that that since the 13PM

Yeah, stuff that... 3 Network for me next with the 18; been with EE since they were originally One2One, then T-Mobile, probably 30 years now, but this has just been awful, and looking at it, it was equally bad last year at the very least, so why put up with it? Best network for x years running... Where do I vote?
