iPhone 16 & 16 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release. 

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

So DPD Gave me a time today to deliver my phone.I had ordered the black iphone 16 pro max 512gb. ive opened the packaging and in the packet was a fake iphone 15 pro max. i have 4 cameras recording at the front of my house and for some reason the driver had a passenger, what was strange is that the driver came to my door with the parcel and his device to take his pictures. but then he walked back to his van with my package. you can see him lean over and wait a while before coming back to the door to deliver the parcel. my wife took delivery but upon further inspection the package has been glued back together and the glue is on the fake iphone box. this has been reported to EE and DPD 

Make sure you all check your deliveries before accepting them

 mine now says dispatched In 24 hours . So hopefully Saturday delivery

I ordered the phone by On the call and I received the confirmation message by the Text message therefore I didn’t get any order number for tracking it and I cannot reach the Support Team because lines are too busy. What should I do?

Does anyone have any clue what’s going on with this pre order system cos EE finally gave me a delivery time frame which was from the 27th to the 1st of October and when I just checked it’s now saying “Awaiting Confirmation” it’s a joke when I’ve now had to wait even longer because on the day of the actual pre order the guide processed a 15 Pro Max instead delaying my pre order

Ordered 16 PM 256gb BT on 14th, got a text on Wednesday 25th to say DPD had it for delivery, annoyingly had to reschedule delivery for today (27th) but should be here today.
