Hello Again. After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release.
Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.
Just come home to find two packages from EE! Opened them both, lo and behold I now have two new iPhone 16 Pro’s in my possession! Currently on to customer services to find out how to return one of them.
I also ordered on the 13th with it saying delivery on launch day.
Spoken to EE today to be told all pro max iPhones take up to 28 days for delivery due to high demand and stock. What was the point in pre ordering then.. not impressed
That’s strange, I was on the priority list for some reason so that may be why I got it today. Apparently if you’ve been a loyal customer with ee you get out on a priority list so every time there is a pre order the priority people get their phones sent out first
Yes, i have been with them for 10 years now so assumed i would make the priority list also pay £80+ monthly for my phone so thought i may receive today but no updates at all 😞
Well, the tech support drone has informed me, despite taking my additional money for the upfront cost, issuing me with a confirmation email, my phone wasn't ordered.
