Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release. 

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

I think they made a mistake and you got lucky.

I nearly got a 1TB PM on Friday on the full works for £100.28. But they realised their mistake and hung up the call because I was 45mins into an argument about wavering the £100 upgrade fee (I called at 12:50 and this was between 1pm > 1:45pm)

I ordered at 3pm on release day and the order never went through even though they took my early upgrade fee of £180 and advised that I would need to pay the upgrade fee again if i wished to order it again. 

Reordered it on Monday afternoon in store and asked to have it delivered to the store. 

No texts today from DPD and live chat advised they cannot guarantee the delivery of it on launch day even though it still advises it on their website if you pre-order it today...

Not a happy camper right now.

Flex Pay is an interest free credit agreement with two direct debits (Handset Credit and Sim Plan) which shows up on your credit check etc, but also is usually cheaper than a standard. A standard contract is one direct debit each month but usually a little more expensive as you have to pay some extra for the phone.

After discount, it comes to [REDACTED]. Full works yeah.

Strangely however, my discount isn't showing in my account atm even though I'm technically on my new contract and I can only see the full £106 price. 
Hopefully it kicks in later because I have the documents I signed downloaded that clearly state my contract price after discount.

So I had my DPD text at 12:50pm today, followed by a string of messages from EE about my plan etc. Also VIP'd my delivery to come between 8am and 12pm. My app has also updated to reflect my new contracts starting. Bit concerned I only have one pin though because I've ordered a 16 PM in black, and the series 10 apple watch. So hopefully they're just coming together? I hate pre-order anxiety 😂😂
