Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release.
Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.
You can find a general discussion thread here: https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Orders/Iphone-16-pro-16-pro-max-pre-order-thread-that-time-of-the-year...
Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Picture doesn’t load 😞

it’s basically the page that outlines the parameters for any time upgrade.

Where did you find this

In my T&C pack.
i upgraded over the phone, so they send you a text a link to review and approve the details that they’re putting through for your plan. Whilst reviewing and approving I had the option to download the pack for my future reference. So I’ve got a contract pack that’s says I can anytime upgrade

Hello,
I can also confirm that I have upgrade anytime and yes it is on the contract pack! Love EE is always a surprise all depends on who you speak when placing your order 🤣🤣

got mine ordered - Anytime upgrade again. tried to sell me onto flex and i said no. Upgrade anytime is still a thing.
Fee was waived, just expressed my issues last year. the whole thing took 15 mins. Amazing guy today .

Interestingly that is not in my T&C's pack? Despite being adamantly told I was on Anytime Upgrade.
My T&C's pack is 18 pages long. Am I missing some pages?

No luck here - after 1 hour 47mins on hold they refused to waive the Early Upgrade fee’ on a ‘Anytime Upgrade’ contract taken out on pre order day for the last iPhone.
This will be the first time in many years I have not taken the new iPhone from Apple, and it is entirely because of EE as far as I am concerned.
As I made clear on the phone, that means I have just over 12 months left, after which I am taking my 5 personal lines and 35 business lines to another network. That will be 10,000s to another network and a loss to EE, but this for me was the latest in a strong of awful customer service.
Best of luck to the rest of you.
