Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Yeah, just seems stupid you can't receive a text on a number that is technically yours and paid for by yourself😅

Just got my DPD notification, ordered black PM 512gb ordered 29th September, was initially advised 20-24th October.. so hopefully I'll get mine tomorrow!!

i also got my DPD notif today. is that the expected delivery? one day after the text message?

Yeah... usually once I get DPD message. I get the phone or goods next day.. around 8 or 9am I get a time slot... fingers crossed!

Just received my DPD notification this morning,

15 PM BT 256 ordered on the 20th, EDD 13-17 October

Just on phone to EE and after being told 5 times I can't change the number I get the text too (they messed up on order) this guy spoke to a manager then dispatch team and they CAN!!! What the hell is going on over there. So yes while my wait for the phone does not change at least I get a text when it does!
