iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I spoke to someone on Thursday at EE and was told my order was due for dispatch from warehouse in the next 24-48 hours. I chased them today and was told that the stock is no longer at the warehouse and could be waiting a further 28 days ( I ordered a 512gb TPM on release day) 

I think I will have to close my account with EE as I cannot stand being told lies nor do I want to continue to give my money to a company that cannot manage a re-occurring product launch for their customers, whilst charging them an increasing amount compared to competitors.

I wouldn’t imagine it was DPD txts I’ve ordered same phone on 21st September and been told 20th -24th October

I would assume they are 512GB Blue Titanium Pro Max's - can be confusing as people refer as BT which could be blue or black!

I think due to EE mess up in communications, they should be offering these phones in stock to people that are next on the list even a mass email to say we have XXX model in stock and we know you have been waiting for your order in a different storage/ colour but we would like to offer you it and then you get the choice to call for a few days before any random can get them. Wishful thinking but I bet a lot of people if they had the offer who have been waiting from 15th like myself would take a different colour if actually offered.

Website still shows blue 512 max at 3 days but told me some hours ago they had sold out.

I am referring to the last few days as mally93 is wondering why he is still waiting for his Black Titanium and why others are getting theirs so quick when they ordered over the last few days.

Personally, i wouldnt. I have the Black 14 PM and this year wanted a lighter colour. The NT is beautiful and matches my Apple Ultra so I’ll wait patiently for delivery of the colour I chose.

I really hope your right, and i am wrong but going by my observations the past 2 weeks, im not expecting a DPD notification tonight. Mine will probably come on Wednesday. But again this is based on numbers for the last 2 weeks! For all we know - they could have had a massive delivery in today to clear a lot of orders! Wishful thinking but thinking nonetheless. Whatever happens I’ll update later and wel see. Fingers crossed it’s good news for us all.

Last update from me.  I ordered a PM 256 black on 25/09 using the MyEE app and got an email with an untrackable xko order number.  I called 150 and they gave me an equally useless 02 number, and told me I was not able to track anything until it dispatched.

Finally after 2 weeks of waiting I decided that I'd save a grand and get a new Pixel 8 Pro with a free watch, so I called the upgrade team to cancel my order and the very kind gentleman gave me a discounted(!!) pixel that will be arriving on launch day (remains to be seen of course) on Thursday.

After placing that second order I instantly got a trackable 003 number, which makes me wonder whether the reason I couldn't track my iPhone order was because I placed it on the MyEE app instead of over the phone.  Just a theory of course.

The other interesting thing that happened was when I got the cancellation email for the iphone it had a 003 number on it, so it did exist afterall!

So thus concludes my iPhone adventure, somewhat prematurely.  I genuinely was quite excited about trying an iPhone after 12 years on Android, but it just wasn't to be.  Best of luck to those of you sticking it out, and remember if you get sick of playing Apple's (alleged) games, they have plenty of black Pixel 8 Pros in stock!
