Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Yeah. Was originally a 256gb nt pm. cancelled for the 512 blue pm and had to redo the whole contract and stuff over the screen share this morning. Just got my DPD notification!

Yeah, I just cancelled my order for my 256Gb Blue Titanium PM (Delivery expected 20-24th October) and ordered 512Gb Blue Titanium PM - Apparently I should have mine on Monday now🎉! Just waiting on the DPD notification!

I am sorely tempted to cancel 512 NT (30th Oct - 3rd Nov) and go with 512 blue, but as I had a discount applied, just know they are going to **bleep** it up. Having said that, I will probably have to ring to get the discount applied anyway as I had to with my watch, deal done at the same time.

The documents they send, with a download link at the end (easily missed), when I rang about the watch discount they said they had NO WAY of seeing that document. If I had not downloaded it (had to send them a screenshot of the page showing the disount) they said the only way they could check would be to listen to the call (I had recorded that too).

You cant believe some of the stuff they come out with. Damn sure if I had renaiged on the contract they would have soon found a copy.

Spoke to CS today & they told me have no idea when stock is coming, what stock is coming & when to expect. I’m close to just canceling & not bothering. I do know it’s the same with the 15 plus. Im so over it lol

How did you do this? Via phone or live chat? So I can change my order from the 256 Pro Max NT for the Blue pro max 512?

I have tried to do this today, but the deal I was being offered for the 512gb is £20 more a month. could get them to go lower.. £56 for pro max 256gb delivery 30th October.

I ordered mine on the phone (just easier to catch issues as they happen in my experience so the order does go through properly) - So I called up again today and asked to change device and plan - apparently it’s not as straightforward on a ‘flex’ plan where the device is an independent contract agreement, but since I’m on a regular 24 month, it was easy and quick to do. 

I would assume calling up would be the easiest way to do this, but not sure on that.
