Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Fri, 29 Sept I got the email saying order on track.. on track to what I might say lol

Yes on 15th. Paid my upfront cost and order confirmed at 18:15. Hopefully mate. Soon as I get it will post on here.

I have also had an update saying 13th-17th Oct, but looking promising of it being earlier as some people have received this week

A legend here created a spreadsheet whereby everyone could add the first 7 digits of the order reference. This meant we could now see when people are receiving their orders which gives us a better indication of time frame. It’s a snapshot as a lot of EE customers who ordered are not on this community thread so it’s to be taken with a pinch of salt. But it has been very useful in tracking turnaround from when everyone placed their order to when they start getting notifications for impending delivery. 

I used it on Monday to cross reference those who received notifications on Monday from the list and meant the rest of could see just how many ahead were still waiting.

Your looking at around 13th - 20 Nov for delivery based on current turnaround times. That could be longer! But I’ll be very surprised if it’s shorter tbh!

Waiting on my 256GB NT , ordered on 15th and order number starting 0033071, going off that spreadsheet I should hopefully be getting my phone soon?
