Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

you used both your number and email in the tracking thing? I only ask because my email doesn’t allow me to view tracking info but my number does

Hi I ordered a PM TW 256gb on 29th September, my order tracking on EE isn’t showing anything. Anyone else in the same situation. Just wondering if many TW have been sent out. Also when to expect it to be delivered. TIA

They have processes in place for this. If you have not received the new phone, you have received the trade in pack and the deadline has passed. Then call them and advise. They can hold the charge until everything is sorted and then once everything is complete. I.e. you have the new phone and they have the trade in. Then they can remove the charge. But they have to be made aware of the situation in order to help. I have traded in my phone but luckily that part of the process hasn’t started yet for me.

Morning fella, no. I haven’t received a DPD notification yet. I ordered on 16th around 8:30am. Hoping I'm in the next batch of PM NT but no idea when that will be. My EDD on EE app is 13th - 17th Oct. So if it’s to that timescale I'm not expecting a DPD notification till Monday/Wednesday of next week. 

Also don't forget some who ordered after you and received their device already could be a different colour or spec! Ultimately this whole release by EE been a shambles right from pre-order day so who knows how what and when! Just a waiting game at this point.

I didn’t get a pin but my phone was delivered ok. Not even to me. Had my mate wait at my house 😂

To be honest a lot of people are in the same boat including myself.

I ordered on the 19th for the NT 256gb Pro Max and haven't got a tracking number etc. I spoke to live chat and they said it will be a first come first serve basis, and that there is a shortage worldwide. I was also told when I requested a colour change that they cannot give me an ETA on any colour etc... 

I have seen so many people being told one thing and another person told something completely different, I think EE have handled the situation badly with communication. On the other hand Apple are at fault for releasing a phone that didn't have enough stock.

I was told I would get mine within 14 days of release date, that is now the 6th (Friday) I expect it will be another two weeks after this on the 20th. If I don't receive any update by then I then cancel the order and go elsewhere and end my contract with EE, due to the fact of the communication issues and blatant lies some people have been told. If they don't know or have any information be honest, that's all the customers want.

I ordered Sept 15th around 7:30 pm

Welcome to the thread. This is pretty much everyone experience here! Sadly it is now simply a waiting game! Most of us who ordered on the 15th have only just got updates of movement and taken delivery! So be prepared to hear nothing for a while with no movement. I ordered on the 16th first thing in the morning. No update from DPD and EE tracking states EDD 13th - 17th Oct. I would presume in between the 3 days after you placed your order you are looking at the end of Oct first week of Nov at the earliest as the cut off for 28 days (apparently) was around 11am on 16th. Orders after this are heavily constricted. Stay tuned to the thread as there a lot more collective info that may help than zero info EE is putting out.

Unless they come early (they very well could) you’ll be waiting until November I’m afraid. People who ordered days before you are being told 30 OCT to 03 NOV
