Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Apparently my order has been picked and within 24 hours I’ll have a tracking number from cs on live chat. I don’t believe it for one second tbh.

Received an update on tracking with delivery expected 30th October- 3rd November early this morning and have just received my weekly  “Good News” update! Really?! Are we still going with the automated updates after the news sent out early this morning?! Really! 

I’m hoping EE are going with the “Let’s under promise and over deliver” approach on these IPhones ! But I doubt it very much

But you can now message them again tomorrow & say I was told yesterday I would have my tracking info by now & havent. Then you have an excuse lol

Yeah definitely ain’t getting a notification like some have tonight ! Just frustrating they arent prioritising people who ordered first then lying about it.

My DPD tracking still hasn’t changed. I paid for delivery between 8am and 12pm. It says it’s being delivered then but it’s not been picked up by DPD yet so I’m worried I’m not getting it. But I was just bombarded with text messages from EE saying my new plan is now in place.

I ordered the Pro Max 256GB in Natural Titanium on 15th September and this morning received an update on my tracker that it’s due to be delivered between 6th October and 10th.

Keep checking for an early DPD text but nothing as yet.
