Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Whenever I put my 0033 number in on DPDA it says oops something went wrong 😕

That's your EE order/tracking number. The DPD tracking number is probably entirely different.

How do you find your DPD number? Everyone keeps checking the DPD app and I have no idea what number to put in 😕

If you have DPD app linked to your phone it’ll come up automatically. Last year I didn’t get a text from EE but the DPD app told me.

I have the dpd app but it asks me to put a reference number in and I’m a bit lost as to what it is if not the 0033 number

You won’t have a reference unless DPD are on their way to collect your device

If you go onto google and type in ee order tracker or even your app. You can track your pay monthly phone that’s where you will then put your 033 number , email or phone & it will come up.
