iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

nope, not received anything at all 😕

I had a chat with EE yesterday and they told me that I was positioned number 112 and it was 9112 when I placed the order on 23rd Sep. He also told me that DPD is delivering approx 100-150 orders per day. Not sure how true this info is!

I haven't been told anything about my place in the "queue" or how many orders DPD are delivering😕 I wonder if there's any truth to this or if it's just EE trying to fill us with hope

150 orders a day? Makes no sense. At that rate it would take years for DPD to deliver all the orders. There are literally like 100,000 minimum orders for the phone.

They’re scrambling to give us answers they don’t have.

Not blaming them though. I think they’re just trying to help but are unsure themselves

More false statements from EE - you’re number 112 and ordered on 23rd Sep. 8 days after pre order started. I’m sorry but I’m confident they are filling us all with hope.

My plan is to give it until the end of the week. Then I will consider cancelling and moving away. Just keep the 13pro max as it’s working fine.

But it doesn’t make sense for apple to hold back phones. To pretend to have something and then not deliver, to provide bad customer service. It doesn’t build any excitement or exclusivity.

Apple don’t need to play dumb tricks to get customers…

“Oh wow, no one can get an iPhone 15 because they’re low on stock? I want one!!”

Not going to happen.
