Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Mine is supposedly arriving between 14:41 and 15:41, so I will be standing outside my building from 14:35…not letting them not find it this time! 😂

Just had my standard "Good News!" update. I'm fairly sympathetic to EEs situation, but to dress a delay up in this way just feels like gaslighting.

I ordered 15pm 512gb on 19th Oct. Advised delivery within 14 days of launch day. So hoping it arrives within the next 7 days but not very hopeful. Not had any communication sonce last Wednesday, a text reminder to return my 14 pro by 5th October (anytime upgrade plan). 

my order number is 00331619xx

not sure how far down the list I am. Can’t locate the spreadsheet posted the other day, although the deliveries appear to be a bit random. 

I appreciate my story isn’t really any different to everyone else but just wanted to contribute to the thread.

Does anyone know how to find the 0033 order number? I just have a ‘Xko’ followed by some numbers. 😕
