Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Sold a new iPhone 13 pro max via www.compareandrecycle.co.uk for £580. Just waiting for it to come back from Apple Care and then I’ll send it off.

I sent my 13 pro max 128GB off to Mazuma on the Tuesday and got £565 by Wednesday night/Thursday morning, I was surprised as I thought they’d find some reason not to honour the amount they’d offered

I’m waiting on mine, I ordered about 8:30am on the Saturday morning online and didn’t get my confirmation till the Tuesday but was reassured multiple times I’d have my phone on release day…

I ordered mine on the 15th - it got cancelled then I ordered again on the Saturday all went well; then on the Tuesday I phoned to change the colour from blue to natural and they made a complete mess of it and ended up cancelling it. They then (without any prompting from me) put me through to the complaints team who sorted it all out! What a farce EE and Apple have made of this release eh?!

I spoke to ee this morning regarding my pro max and they said it was pushed back from 14 days to 28 days and said that I was high up the list so my phone should be with me in 3-5 working days so we will see when it comes to next Friday

Still waiting on my 512gb model in the same colour. Was told launch day but tbf it did say within 14 days which is tomorrow but received nothing showing it will be.
