Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Aah! I was an original NT order which went through on Saturday 16th but spoke to guy on Sunday 17th and changed colour to White… seen them in the Apple Store and glad I changed my kind cuz white looks so nice! Let’s hope you get yours today!

I've just had a text re my partners 15 PM Black Titanium 256GB which I ordered yesterday afternoon,
"A new document for your iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB Black Titanium device agreement is now available to view in My EE"
I haven't had this for my 15 PM NT 256GB which I pre-ordered on the 15th, so I assume it's because its a new line on my account, but I also can't find this document anywhere in My EE - any ideas?

Are you using the app?
Have you been able to check under Plans & subscriptions within your My EE account?
I believe the documents are viewable there.

In Plans and Subscriptions I get to View and Manage all Mobile Plans, then there is nowhere in there that refers to any documents. I have my 24 Month Sim plan, my data usage, my add-ons, and settings but nothing else and definitely nothing that refers to Documents.

Any idea how much will it take to deliver for the orders placed before release. I Booked on 26th Sep and the customer care person indicated that it will take 21 days to deliver.
