Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I’ve just filed a complaint as well, was told my order would arrive 1 day after official release and since then I’ve heard nothing.

I ordered mine on the 15th at 12:57pm online, had order confirmation then my 003 number, was told I would have it on launch day, load of BS as I'm still without my iphone PM, phoned them today only to be told the newest lie to date I believe

"The expect delivery within 14 days isn't from the date you ordered it, but from the date the iPhone went live" I said so if that's true why wasn't I quoted 21 days from when I ordered it CS response "ummmm I don't know" I then asked, so when will I get my phone, is it 21 days, 28 days this Friday, again he said "I don't know" 

At least he was honest, my issue is the blatant lies, it's 1st come 1st serve which is BS, expect delivery within 14 days, mmm let's see what Friday brings

I feel your pain I ordered at 4 minutes past 1 all went through fine, spoke to them loads of times not giving me any information I ordered iphine15 pro max 1TB in Black

It supposed to be on your email confirmation.

So first l ordered the phone l received email but no order number. Second time l place the order l received email with the order number begin with  xko29… so try to search the order on my ee, l saw error msg.

so l decided to call ee then l was offered a better price because l have home broadband with bt. but l was asked to cancel  previous order. I accepted that,After sign ✍🏽 paper work, while l was still on the phone with customer service l received email confirmation with the order number begins with 003,  and l can search for my order now. But still waiting for the stock.
