Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Near as much the same story with me and the same phone spec / colour, I did the signature acceptance via a phone call on my phone with a phone operator who cancelled my online order and did a manual order (they had some problems so I was informed)  (mine was upgrade) that same Friday,,,but nothing so far other than order confirmed on the website and an email order confirmed dated last Friday. Today it was the please leave us alone text from EE as mentioned by many here.  I don't like being messed around and if it is going to be late then just be up front and offer some transparency instead of leaving people wondering would be more appreciated. Good luck with progress anyways and I hope it gets sorted for yourself and us others.

A lot of those who has ordered the PM in Natural seems to be getting there iPhone tomorrow. I’m over here with the White 256GB PM who was told I’d get it on launch day by the CS Rep and I’ve not received anything and the DPD app shows nothing as well and to make it worse, I got that text and I rang EE and they said you will get it in either more than 28 days or within 28 days. Thanks for being so vague EE. Love it.

I actually called this morning to check everything was on track as i had no tracking number and no messages outside of my returns pack texts and my account said i had no orders, couldnt get a tracking number (03 or otherwise) but order was confirmed to at least exist, got the text others have posted - not sure why people are referencing a 28 day wait but can only assume people have called after getting that message and been told within 28 days.

I haven't had a thing from DPD and was told on order it would be release day delivery, but not completely given up on seeing something this evening - in the past ive had late night DPD updates, while i'd like it tomorrow i also have learnt from poor iPhone launch day experiences with EE in the past that the phone arrives when it arrives and the only thing chasing it gets you is frustrated

Anyone thats ordered a 15 pro, i ordered a 15 pro along with a 15 PM ,  ive just received dpd tracking for the pro that i ordered literally hours ago..so the pro’s are in stock so should be getting delivered tomorow

Defo won’t be getting my 15 PM tomorrow. Zero updates other than order confirmed. I see quite a few people have already had DPD texts so there’s is imminent and hopefully tomorrow. I wouldnt mind the wait whatever that turns out to be. Just annoyed the CS adviser told me I’ll get it launch day so arranged to have someone home to receive it as I’ll be working. God know when it will come and more importantly trying to ensure someone home when it does! **bleep** poor by EE on every level. Lying got to be the lowest! Hope yours arrives soon,.

Looks like I will cancel my order, my plan ends Oct 1 and I really like the EE 5G network and will go SIMO 12 months plan.  Any chance anyone has a spare FF code 😁?

So just called up and was told my order didn’t go through so I’m currently doing it over the phone… guess it’s not gonna arrive tomorrow 😭😭😭

I’m more annoyed the fact I rang up today asking when they thought my phone would arrive and the fact CS said I sound definitely get it tomorrow ovly to get that text is just shocking 

how change they tell me it’s definitely coming tomorrow and not hear at all about this with no text or DPD note?
