Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.
I called customer services up enquiring about my pre-order iPhone pro max, 256 GB natural, titanium the girl I spoke to said I could only get the phone if I pre-ordered then she looked at my details and said yes you’ve already pre-ordered then she said The iPhone 15 launches on the 23rd. I said no, it launches on the 22nd at that point, I hung up I haven’t heard anything from DPD I called again, was told I should get mine tomorrow. then he said no you’ll get it up to 28 days. I said I was quoted 14 days then he said that would be 14 days from tomorrow. I don’t think they have a clue whatsoever
Looks like mines not coming tomorrow then but tbh I didn’t expect it. Wasn’t able to order until Saturday morning and it said within 14 days. As long as it’s not next Wednesday it’s all good. Blue 256GB PRO MAX
Isn't it strange how for the largest iphone launch of the year for EE, their employees wouldn't have all received an email or script to tell people when the phone is launching and roughly how the shipping works / is allocated. Seems every employee has a different idea of what's going on
Just got a DPD notification, got all excited thinking it was my phone, but nope…. It’s my watch ultra 2 from Apple, tbf that pretty good aswel, but I knew that would show up..!!
