Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I would keep an eye on your first bill just incase as it does clearly state on there website that delivery charge is free so don’t know why they are charging but was told to get back to them after first bill

UPDATE

Just called the upgrades team to make sure my order was confirmed. The man said just to let you know the iPhone 15 pro max in Natural Titanium are now on a 5 week delay. I was told when I did the order it was within 14 days so this is ridiculous lol.

He said the white titanium, blue and black is the only one that’s available within 28 days and natural titanium is on a huge delay. So if I was you I would call EE and get a status on your order timelines…

sorry I do not have better news!

I know just keeping fingers crossed that it’s still due for delivery on the 22nd and I hear something from DPD next week
