Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

The system issues seem to have created a problem with orders placed. I wonder if they had to key a number of them in manually at the weekend, hence them being allocated out of order? Just a theory.

I just find it weird I ordered at 1pm over the phone last Friday and not one of the lucky ones to get it tomorrow.

So I ordered mine at 12:51 on the Friday of pre order. Went through as an upgrade as was on sim only no dramas and got an email with the XKO tracking number.

i paid £200 which was taken immediately out the bank.

I then got an email on Tuesday saying with a 0033 tracking number but have had no DPD text of any updates.

i noticed yesterday the £200 deposit had gone back in the bank for about 6 hours, and was then taken again.

still no update on the phone.

256gb black pro max FYI.

So does that mean my order wasn’t in fact processed on Friday but Tuesday and therefore I won’t get it despite being one of the first to order??

I haven't had texts yet, but it shows in the DPD app on my phone.

Now have DPD notification ! Not sure if just watch though or phone as well from 1 number?

Tbh I ordered mine Saturday afternoon using the app , getting it tomorrow it seems

I think the pro buyers have nothing to worry about.

EE still have stock of Pro's available to order now for delivery tomorrow.. Pro Maxes on the other hand is quite delayed
